Activity chairs are normally present to give updates on their activities. New business is announced and the club President give his monthly update at this meeting. \nThis meeting is the place to find out all of the relevant information on any activities the club sponsors\, renew or sign up for membership and other important club functions. \nNew members are highly encouraged to attend a few meetings to learn the ins and outs of the club and its activities. The club is always looking for people interested in giving back to the club by helping or heading an activity. If you are interested or know of an activity you would like to see\, please attend a meeting and get with the activity chair in question of become one yourself!

DESCRIPTION:Hello Fellow Members\, \n \nI’d like to encourage every member of the Diablo Rod & Gun Club to come out and vote on June 1st\, 7:30pm at the USI Club House.\n \nI would venture to say many have never stepped foot into a membership meeting which in all reality\, is your right… You paid the money\, it’s your time and everyone’s time is valuable\, I’m asking everyone to make the attempt in coming out and seeing what there is to being a club member of Diablo Rod & Gun Club. Its benefits\, its discounts\, its activities and its community outreach and enrichment that it does on a monthly basis. Basically\, what we do for our member and how you can further enjoy the benefits of being a Diablo Rod & Gun Member!\n \nMany folks miss out on some of the benefits of YOUR membership. Come to the members meeting and find out what they are doing\, what we provide and give us suggestions on what you want to see with YOUR club. The leadership team is here to serve the membership as best it can and the best way is collaborating with its membership at these meetings. Listening to its membership and acting on that feedback and reporting results of those endeavors taken.\n \nDiablo Rod & Gun will be hosting an Election Dinner at the next members meeting. It will be tasty and it will be delicious… oh and catered\, because who the heck wants to cook\, then serve food and then clean up?! Plenty of food… Plenty of drink both unleaded and leaded.\nSpaghetti\nTri Tip\nChicken Parmesan\nBaked and Mashed Potato\nVarious Salads\nIf you are particularly fond of cooking a dish\, Think your deviled eggs are second to none?\, Potato salad is to die for?\, Brownies or cookies that melt in your mouth?  Prove it!.. BRING IT! We want and NEED desserts!! \n\nThere should be free shooting prior to the meeting and we will get more info out there on the details of that soon.\nIn closing… I do hope to meet some new faces during that meeting. Learn where the club is going and how things are changing at our slice of heaven. Be informed and please ask questions.
