DESCRIPTION:Musketeer 5 Stand \nOn Saturday July 29th\, 2023\, Diablo’s Musketeers 5–Stand will resume!  We are excited to announce that with this next set of sessions\, we will have additional volunteer training support from a Diablo member who’s into Sporting Clays and recently qualified at the M-class level.  Our youth participants are sure to have a great time improving each time they attend and we’re looking forward to a great season! \nAs a reminder about the program:\nOur Musketeers 5–Stand is ideal for youth 12yrs and older\, 100+ lbs. with some previous Trap/Skeet experience under their belt. Sessions will be held once a month between 2-5pm at the 5–Stand bay at USI. DESCRIPTION:Shotgun for Youth Skeet 3-5pm\nLoaner Shotguns are available- please sign in at the clubhouse prior to coming out to the fields. \n“California Musketeers” is a youth shooting program recognized by the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) and the National Rifle Association (NRA). The program is funded and operated by the Diablo Rod & Gun Club (DR&G). \n“California Musketeer’s” shotgun program is open to all youth between the ages of ten (10) and twenty (20) years of age\, but children and grandchildren of club members receive shot shell furnished by the club. Rifle & Pistol use .22 cal. rimfire only and shoot at the Multi-Purpose Range. Ammunition is supplied at the rifle events. Some loaner rifles are available\, but the shooters should provide their own firearms and parents should help out.
