DESCRIPTION:22 Rimfire and Air guns only- Silhouette target shooting at the MPR. \nOffhand/Standing shooting at Metal Animal silhouettes with rifles or pistols\, open or scoped sights allowed. \nBenches are available during this practice period every Wednesday \nMembers of all 5 clubs are welcome.\n Fees are collected at the Multi Purpose Range\, not at the USI Clubhouse .\nThe MPR is the building on the right hand side as you pass the Public Range\, but before the Impalement Arts Range.\nLook for the red MPR flag on the flag post- that’s us!\n\nUSI waiver and a Blue Card issued from the USI clubhouse required prior to the match- there is no charge to these one time processes.\n\nA silhouette is a steel profile of an animal (chicken\, pig\, turkey\, or ram) standing on a pedestal. The object of the game is to knock as many silhouettes as possible off the stand\, shooting one round at each silhouette. It is a very simple competition\, with very simple scoring: Knocking an animal off its stand counts as a hit.\n\nAlthough silhouette is an easy game to learn\, it is not an easy game to master. The animals are rather small and the distances can reach out a bit; you must shoot offhand (standing); a moderate breeze can move a bullet or a pellet the width of an animal; your concentration becomes more difficult to hold as you knock down five in a row or with a close miss.  Silhouette is an endless challenge that makes you a better shooter!\nThis is a reoccurring event every Week- we intend to host this practice barring weather or extraordinary barriers preventing the event from occurring in a safe environment. DESCRIPTION: Diablo Airgun 100-yard & 50-yard Benchrest matches will be held at  the MPR Range. \nUnited Sportsman 4700 Evora Rd\, Concord\, CA 94520.  (Go pass the public range\, up the hill\, first rifle range on the right) \n  \nThere will be one 100-yard 3 card match followed by one 50-yard 3 card match.  Shooters can shoot in one or both matches.  More details posted here  \nRange opens at 7 AM for registration & set-ups. \n100-yard Match starts at 8 AM sharp.  Production pellets only .30 Cal or less \n50-yard Match tentative start is 9:30 AM to 10 AM (depending on how long the 100-yard match lasts and how many stay on.)  Production pellets only .22 Cal or less \nFee will be $14 for one match or $20 for both. Pls bring small bills\, cash only & correct changes. No large bills please. \n  \nDuring COVID\, all COVID Protocol will apply.

DESCRIPTION:We are holding the match at our overhead covered MPR Range for your shooting enjoyment.\n\n\n\n\n\nThere are  little steel animals waiting to be knocked down- come out and knock down your fair share!\n\nThe weather promises to be glorious.\n\n\n\n\n.22 cal and under\, pellet only- pistol and rifle classes\, we shoot rain or shine.\n\n\nBenched shooting for the match is available as well.\n\n$10 members\, $15 for guests- exact change\, por favor.\nCovid Rules all day:\n\n\n\nThe RSO will assign shooting stations to keep distance between attendees.\nThe range will include signage and tape marks showing six-foot buffers between shooters\nShooters place event fee into the fee bucket. Bring exact amounts.\nOne person allowed in the restroom at a time. Each user must spray the seat\, and surfaces touched with disinfectant.\nWash hands thoroughly\, after using the disinfectant at the wash station\, and throughout the day.\nMasks\, please!\nDo not attend if you under Covid quarantine\, have a temperature or may be at increased risk of Corona complications.
