SUMMARY:NRL22 Practice
DESCRIPTION:To get involved you don’t need a DGRC or NRL22 membership – while a DGRC membership will save you on Range fees it’s not required. The NRL22 membership is only required if you want to report your score up to the National Org level because you’re vying to go to the big national level matches.\nIn terms of getting started\, you can roll with a 10/22 (there are some specific safety things that we will go over with regards to a semi-auto)…you just need to have a good scope (preferably with a X-mas Tree Reticle) and a detachable bi-pod.\nLet me know if you have any further questions! I don’t normally make it to practices due to family commitments but I’m trying to get to this one so perhaps I’ll see you there?\n \n \n1st Saturday of the month  for the NRL22 practice sessions – \nLocated at the MPR \n NRLPractice sessions runs from 9am-12pm and is open to anyone who wants to try NRL22-style shooting — If you are new\, please speak to the Practice Leader/RSO about how to shoot safely\n$5 for members with the  USI VIP card \n$10 for members without the USI VIP card \n$15 for public (non-member)

SUMMARY:Air Gun Field Target- Held Monthly at the MPR
DESCRIPTION:Held on the third Sunday of the month\, @ 8:30 am\,  we shoot Air Rifle Field Target\n(and Air Pistol) at the Multi Purpose Range. \nWe shoot “knock down” type targets at ranges from 10-55 yards. The matches follow standard AAFTA rules and classes. We foster a collegial type of shooting environment where one can learn and develop skills at their own pace. Airguns vary from inexpensive $150 spring guns to full blown Anschutz match rifles. Airguns for this sport are limited to 20fpe of energy. Protective eye wear is required. Pellet projectiles only\, .22 cal and lower. Loaner guns and ammo available with advanced notice- contact Pistoleer@Outlook.com\nCost for the match is:\n$10.00 members and $15.00 for Guests\nJuniors with Diablo Member host – No Charge \nContact Martin O’Connor pistoleer@outlook.com \nDon’t forget to check in with our Air Gun forum? \n\nForum \n\nThis is a reoccurring event every month- we intend to host this match barring weather or extraordinary barriers preventing the event from occurring in a safe environment. Heavy fog\, severe weather or other acts of nature could force a postponement.
