Hi Everyone,
USI has enacted a new Liability Waiver for the facility. Everyone will be required to complete this new waiver, either online or in the clubhouse, before being able to shoot.
The Liability Waiver is a one time requirement. Liability Waivers for minors MUST be completed and signed by a Parent or Legal Guardian ONLY.
