April 10, 2021 Diablo Airgun 100-yard & 50-yard Benchrest matches will be held at the MPR Range.
United Sportsman 4700 Evora Rd, Concord, CA 94520. (Go passed the public range, up the hill, first rifle range on the right)
There will be one 100-yard 3 card match followed by one 50-yard 3 card match. Shooters can shoot in one or both matches. More details posted here
Range opens at 7 AM for registration & set-ups.
100-yard Match starts at 8 AM sharp. Production pellets only .30 Cal or less
50-yard Match tentative start is 9:30 AM to 10 AM (depending on how long the 100-yard match lasts and how many stay on.) Production pellets only .22 Cal or less
Fee will be $14 for one match or $20 for both. Pls bring small bills, cash only & correct changes. No large bills please.
During COVID, all COVID Protocol will apply.
During COVID capacity is reduced to 13 benches only– Please let the match director in advance if you will attend & what event you will shoot so we can reserve a spot for you.

04.10.21 Diablo Airgun Benchrest 50 and 100 yard Matches Report
We had a fun but very challenging matches today. Wind was quite strong for the 100 yard match but was more steady and from the same direction. By the time we got to the 50 yard match, wind became gusty and changed directions constantly. A lot of 360’s on the wind flags which made interesting to attempt to find a constant wind condition to shoot to. None could be found.
100 yard Match:
- Congratulations to Hector who finished in First Place shooting a Redwolf .22 with a score of 664 & 3X
- followed by Pierre in second place with his FX Impact .22 with 636 & 1X,
- third was John shooting a Redwolf .22 with 624 & 1x and
- fourth was Henry shooting an FX Crown .25 with 616 & 0X.
50 yard Match:
- Congratulations to John who finished in First Place shooting a Redwolf .22 with a score of 658 & 4X
- followed by Pierre in second place with his FX Impact .22 with 647 & 12X,
- third was Hector shooting a Redwolf .22 with 633 & 9x and
- fourth was Dave A. shooting an FX Maverick .22 with 631 & 1X.
Next Airgun match will be Saturday 05.14.21 @ 8 AM, Range opens at 7. We will shoot the 100 Yards match first followed by the 50 yards match.
